Pengembangan Komunitas Belajar pada Sekolah Penggerak di Kabupaten Sumbawa
Abstract
Forming a learning community was one of the obligations that had to be carried out by driving schools to optimize the implementation of the independent curriculum. There were not many service activities that focused on developing a learning community, so the aim of this service was to develop a learning community at the Batch 2 Driving School in Sumbawa Regency. The method used in this service activity was an in-service training program using an asset-based community development approach. The learning flow used was MERRDEKA. The results of the service revealed that the learning community was able to run well and develop optimally. In addition, the learning community gained a new understanding of the concept of the four pillars of developing a learning community, namely vision, mission, values, and shared goals.
